Do you want to participate in the development of the DRG-system?

One of the achievements regarding the hospital funding in Germany is the so-called “structured dialogue to implement medical, scientific and further expertise in the development of the DRG-system” through the shortly called “DRG proposal procedure”. Thus, suggestions can be submitted at the DRG Institute (Institut für das Entgeltsystem im Krankenhaus GmbH - InEK), for example the assignment of certain groups of patients to DRGs for an improved Reimbursement.

The InEK already opened the proposal process for the further development of the G-DRG-system 2022 which will be done next year. The proposals can be submitted until the end of March 2021. Please find more information here.
